We are seeking a Manager Financial Operations & Corporate Services to join our local friendly team to be based in beautiful Port Lincoln on Eyre Peninsula.
The Manager Financial Operations & Corporate Services will assist the Executive Manager Finance & Corporate Services in the management and delivery of the organisations finance, business systems and facilities in accordance with budget, regulatory and program guidelines and will:
Be subject to broad direction from the Executive Manager Finance & Corporate Services.
Relieve in the role of Executive Manager Finance & Corporate Services.
With the Executive Manager initiate, formulate and lead the Finance & Corporate Services team to implement strategic directions developed by the governing body to achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives.
Manage and demonstrate leadership to staff in the Finance & Corporate Services team ensuring accuracy of financial and reporting outcomes align with program activity targets.
Support and foster the ethos and values of West Coast Homecare to enable positive workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in accounting, business, commerce, finance, or business administration and or relevant demonstrated experience.
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience working in finance and corporate services.
Exceptional consumer focused customer service skills, with experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, always striving for excellence.
Flexibility and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.
Leadership qualifications would be ideal.
Evidence of providing and enabling an excellent customer experience, and also providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
Proficient at using a computer including the application of financial software programs.
Compliance requirements
Satisfactory NDIS Worker Check.
Current SA Driver’s Licence essential.
Current First Aid certificate.

Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our local friendly team to be located in Cleve or Cowell.
The Registered Nurse will coordinate Homecare Services and provide direct clinical care to consumers who receive Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Home Care Packages and National Disability Insurance Services and will:
Be caring, reliable, dynamic, competent and capable enabling people to make informed choices about their aged care or disability support services
Partner with participants through effective Care Management to achieve best outcomes in the delivery of quality clinical care and services.
Support and foster the ethos and values of West Coast Homecare to enable positive workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience working in the health, in-home age care or disability support sectors.
